One key feature of the tool is its ability to predict the impact of discounts on sales, margins, and revenue, which is essential for retailers managing thousands of items. Traditionally, this process would be done manually in Excel, but the AI-driven approach streamlines decision-making, making it both faster and more accurate.
Retailers like Torfs, E5, and ZEB have successfully implemented this tool, seeing increases in both sales (by 5-10%) and profit margins (by 2-5%). This technology helps smaller retailers compete with larger companies like Amazon, which have long used similar tools but do not share them with others. Crunch aims to democratize access to such advanced technology for local retailers.
